Pastors and leaders are a priority for us at Whole Families. Not only are they qualified first at home, but many times they suffer from neglect and burnout. Though the principles of counsel are much the same, we will pay special attention to respect their position and confidentiality, while carefully taking special care to protect and care for each of them and their spouses while they are here.

We know that it is important for these leaders and their spouses to be able to be completely open and honest with their hurts and each one who caused that hurt, without the fear of judgment, retaliation, or exposure.  

After their week of intensive counsel, our hope is that these leaders will be able to understand, explain, and teach these principles of counsel when they leave this safety.
